Booking Process

• Send us your dates, group size and preferred houseboat via WhatsApp, phone or our enquiry form.
• We confirm availability and share a transparent, itemised quote.
• A small advance confirms your booking; we then send written confirmation.
• The balance is typically paid on arrival, as agreed at the time of booking.

Advance & Confirmation

An advance payment secures your dates and is adjusted against your total. Your booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it in writing. For peak season and holidays, early booking with advance is strongly recommended as availability is limited.

ID Proof

A valid government photo ID is required for all guests at check-in, in line with local regulations.

Cancellation & Refunds

Refund Method & Timing

• Eligible refunds are made to your original payment method (UPI/bank transfer).
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days, subject to bank processing times.

Peak Season & Group Bookings

During peak months and for group bookings, a higher advance may be required and stricter cancellation terms may apply. These will always be confirmed in writing before you pay.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond anyone’s control — extreme weather, road closures, natural events or government restrictions — we will do our best to reschedule your stay to a mutually convenient date.
